Im starting to take creatine + whey

Im a long time gymceller, but Ive been getting nowhere. Im starting to go to a real gym instead of just doing dumbbells at home, plus Im taking creatine and whey. Do you think now I will start seeing more noticeable results?

Lol boyo, you don't actually need high T to gain muscle, it helps at a high level but you can build plenty of muscle with average or below levels

OmegaKV, those are both the only good supplements. Protein powder is a tolerable means of hitting sufficient protein, creatine increases intramuscular water and atp storage, and some research suggests it can raise DHT by ~50%. Most other supplements are a waste of money, purely psychosomatic, or are just overpriced vitamins. Preworkouts are a waste of money

To build muscle you have to get stronger over time, be consistent and eat adequately, that's pretty much it. It's slow going
