But yeah I was happy with it. But you're rapidly discouraged when you see the guy next you mog you to death. Saw this dude who benched 225 for like 7 reps. He asked me to spot him on a 245 lift which he didn't make but he's still strong as fuck.
He was as tall as you I bet.

I saw a guy bench 315 (3 plates) for reps last week. Big fat powerlifter type

This guy is pretty lean and muscular. He's black too. As for me, I'm pretty weak. I still have a long way to go. And I'm novice category for all though. I have that app on my phone. My total strength score is 49,4.
