Unless you roid.
It's calling bulking then cutting. If you cut til there is nothing left then you lose all your strength.
All those really lean powerlifters are spiders or genetic freaks.
I'd rather be a bit fluffy than too low body fat because it can cause problems with my lifts.
If you don't lift for strength then it's better to just take roids.
So you should eat 500 more calories a day and take in 1g-1.5g/protein per lbs of bodyweight.
